Terms and Conditions
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
A minimum Non Refundable deposit of 30% of the total hire charge is required to secure the booking/hire with RMJ TOP EVENTS. The full balance is due 13 weeks before the event.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation within 13 weeks of the event 50% of the Total hire cost will be retained. Within 8 weeks 75% of the total hire cost will be retained. Within 4 weeks 100% of the hire cost will be retained. Hire Goods remain the property of RMJ TOP EVENTS AT ALL TIMES

The hire Period will commence from the time of delivery and will terminate following collection. During the entierty of the "Hire Period" the customer is responsible for the safe keeping of the hire goods. The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the hire beyond reasonable wear and tear. The customer will be charged for any repair or refurbishment work that is deemed necessary. In the event of a total loss the customer will be liable for total replacment costs at current market value.

RMJ TOP EVENTS excludes to the maximum extent permitted by law any liability for such injury, loss or damage to any person or any property except to the extant that any such injury, loss or damage is caused by the negligence of RMJ TOP EVENTS, its employees or authorised agents.
